About me

My name is Natalia, and I’m originally from Brazil.
Before discovering yoga, I dedicated many years to classical ballet and tap dance. I began dancing as a child, and by the age of 16 I was already assisting in classes to help pay for my own training. Dance remained a central part of my life until my early twenties, when yoga found me.
After so many years of outward expression through movement, yoga felt like a breath of fresh air—it invited me to turn inward. During a difficult life experience at the age of 16, yoga became a source of comfort and clarity, guiding me toward healing and self-discovery.
In 2013, I completed my teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram in India and began sharing yoga with others. Along the way, I was blessed with teachers who showed me that yoga is much more than the physical practice: it is the stilling of the mind, and above all, the art of living with awareness. The real practice begins not on the mat, but in everyday life.
Since then, I have been fortunate to continue teaching and deepening my practice while accompanying my husband’s work around the world—living in Rio de Janeiro, France, Singapore, and now Italy.. In the midst of this journey, I also embraced the role of mother to my two wonderful boys, Matteo and André. In 2022, we made our home in Varese, Italy.
As a teacher, my intention is to share yoga as a complete path—one that grounds, nourishes, and invites self-inquiry. In my classes, I guide students to connect with their breath through pranayama, strengthen and release the body through asanas, and, most importantly, to listen with respect and kindness to their own unique bodies and limits.
For me, yoga is a journey back to what we already are: whole, free, and infinite. It is a practice of remembering.
We are unlimited. We are all.

What kind of yoga do I teach?
Vinyasa flow, Yin, Hatha, meditation, restorative
The term Vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement with the breath, so although you may hold poses for a few breaths, you’ll move from one pose to the next using inhalation and exhalation.
The beauty of Vinyasa Yoga is its variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa Yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher and the practitioner.
Learning how to breathe and how to deepen the breath is one of the yogic techniques: it helps the mind to settle and the individual to be completely present in the practice.
In this sessions expect to move, to deepen your breath, to unblock your energetic channels, and to explore your body’s limits and strength, always listening and practicing Ahimsa: the principle of non violence.
